Wholesale account set-up
If you are purchasing in bulk for cafes, restaurants, hotels or retailers, you need an account to purchase with wholesale discount. Please send email to europe@Loveramics.com, provide us with below billing & shipping information for account set-up & VAT number verification.
Without VAT number or invalid VAT number, you will be charged VAT tax (Netherlands 21%) upon check-out. Please note Loveramics is not responsible for customers inputting incomplete or incorrect tax information against tax authority.

An account activation email will be sent from email@example.com shortly. Please activate your account in order to purchase with wholesale discount.
If you have already registered a wholesale account, please ensure you log in and add items to your account in order to enjoy wholesale discount.
Retail Value are in euros (€) without VAT, customer must order a minimum of a full case.
1. Wholesale discount is 30% off for order over €720 (post discount value €500).
2. Please ensure you log in and input discount code "Wholesale2022" at checkout.

For logo printing services, special request on order packing, delivery requirements such as self pick-up, fixed time delivery, exporting, palletization etc.. Please email email@example.com to discuss. Charges may apply and usually these will cause order to arrive later than expected.
Shipment and Logistics
All our products are stocked in the Apeldoorn, the Netherlands. Shipping is not included in the price. Final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout, by default we use DPD with our negotiated shipping rates.
Shipping address provided at checkout are final. Loveramics is not responsible for costs associated with reshipping, in the case of an incorrect address provided.
Orders generally dispatch within 5 business days upon payment reception. Transit time depends on the destination and usually delivered within 5 business days within Europe, subject to the latest services of the providers. For non-EU countries, please allow additional time for custom procedures.
Revision to Orders
Loveramics does not accept revisions to orders the day after a purchase order is placed. All changes must be submitted the same day. Any changes made to order on the days following its submission will be processed as a new order and will need to meet order minimum.
For orders placed and paid without discount, we are not able to re-adjust the discount back to you

Any breakage or defect must be notified within 5 days upon receipt. Please send an email to email@example.com to file a claim.
Claims must be submitted with item code, quantities and with photo proof. In most cases, Loveramics issues a Credit Note for approved claims. No refund or replacement.

Shipping Outside Europe
Please note when shipping internationally from Europe, we are not responsible for taxes, or duty that may be charged at the border.
